November’s workshop will feature: Sweet Potato Custard (GF & V), Home Style Gravy (GF & V), Perfect Pie Crust (GF & V) & a surprise dish made with pumpkin.

Participants will get to sample some of Natasha's finished dishes and are also welcome to a copy of the recipes as well.

Instructor Bio

A long-time vegetarian and recently new vegan, Natasha Daize has taught both vegan cooking and gluten-free baking in Canada. And as a personal chef, she has assisted our local Parisians with various  events. 

Past Classes

For her first cooking class at Lee Academy in June 2017, Natasha demonstrated the 'Blue Denim' cake, how to make a vegan cheese, and how to make vegan bologna .
