Lee Academy is excited to announce Vegan Cooking with Natasha Daize! The next session will be scheduled soon! Check back or follow us on Facebook for the most up-to-date information! The fee for the workshop is $25 per person which covers all ingredients, supplies, and a short introduction to the health benefits of vegan cooking. Participants will get to sample some of Natasha's finished dishes and are also welcome to a copy of the recipes as well.

For this class, Natasha will present and explain a vegan zucchini casserole and gluten-free scones and also demonstrate how to make vegan mayonnaise and vegan salad dressing . 

Instructor Bio

A long-time vegetarian and recently new vegan, Natasha Daize has taught both vegan cooking and gluten-free baking in Canada. And as a personal chef, she has assisted our local Parisians with various  events.
