Fee: $264 Saturday Morning Workshop - 10:30- Noon - 11 weeks Begin: Feb 17th Biography As Biology : "ANATOMY OF THE SPIRIT" We will explore and discuss the "Seven Stages of Power & Healing" - a modern model of the body's seven centers of spiritual and physical power (the Hindu Chakra System) as viewed from the perspective of Dr. Caroline Myss. We will study how every dis-ease and illness corresponds to a pattern of emotional and psychological stresses, beliefs and attitudes that have influenced corresponding areas of the human body. Through meditation & bodywork tools, discussion and probing workbook questions we will come to learn how our biographies have influenced our biology - and what we can do to cultivate wholeness. Required: Pre-Read, Anatomy of the Spirit, Caroline Myss, Ph.D. Fee: $250, plus $30 materials fee (book & workbook) - register early.
Group Classes Tuesday 5:30- 6:40pm - 12 weeks (14 classes) Begin: Feb 3rd De-Stress & Restore Yoga - Beginning - Level II Class focus: Relieve stored muscle-tension & mental stress New & Returning students develop a Vinyasa-flow practice with focus on using Intention to integrate personal goals and the spiritual aspects of a well-rounded yoga practice. Fee: $264 Wednesday 5:30 - 6:40pm - 4 weeks Begin: Feb 4th Meditation: Active guided meditation practice to develop an open heart = and clarity of mind.
